Shipping & Handling Instructions are as follows:

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days or sooner. After that, delivery time within the United States Priority Shipping is 2-4 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or Pre Orders, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Bella Rose Passion is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undelivered by USPS and/or their international shipping partners can be cancelled once received and processed at our shipping department.
